How we Contact Members
Members are contacted on a regular basis via email through the IBWG Website so it is imperative that you keep your contact details current.

The IBWG Website is interactive and paid-up Members may log-in to access and update their own details to ensure we always have current contact information.

Your log-in & password are forwarded to you when your application has been approved and will remain active as long as you are a paid-up Member.

Email Invitations are distributed several times per month inviting Members and their guests to attend any events we are holding, jointly organising or partnering/participating in.  Non-Members are always welcome at our events at full price whilst Members enjoy reduced rates.

Special Email Notices are forwarded to Members advising of seminars, conferences and other events that have been organized for the Group that we feel may be of interest to our Members.

We will never share your private information with anyone.

How You Contact Other Members
You can reach other members with your products or services in a number of ways:

  • We have pre- & post-event Networking opportunities for you at each IBWG event where you can meet new members, visit with old acquaintances and exchange information on products and services;
  • Members & Sponsors can bring brochures, newsletters, flyers and other information to IBWG events for our special Members Information display table;
  • We often organize 1 minute 'taster' talks where you can introduce yourself &/or your products/services;
  • Finally, we put together special Networking Events where you can continue to expand your database of contacts as well as meet other potential clients.
