Workshop Objective

Subject Achieving Excellence: Leveraging Diversity & Embracing Inclusion: Research has consistently shown that diverse teams are more innovative, productive, and that they generate greater revenue. While there are no magic bullets to achieving diversity, there are relevant processes and ways of being that position teams to attract talent from an increasingly interconnected global world, and to leverage the skills of such diverse groups in order to achieve inclusive and affirming teams which deliver greater workplace results. Participants in this session will begin to explore workplace dynamics and the impact of culture and cultural communication on inclusion.
